Perks' ('C' must be for 'Constance'), born 'about 1876', in Reigate, Surrey, working as a 'Servant' for the Hatten family in Gravesend, Kent - I think that this is her - could be wrong, but it is a very good match - need to check DHG's will to look for clues.
